How to measure
Two minutes with a soft tape
Step 01
Start at the hairline
Place the tape at the center of your forehead hairline — where bangs would begin.
Step 02
Pass above both ears
Keep the tape level as it wraps just above the ears toward the back of your head.
Step 03
Close at the nape
Meet the ends at the nape. Read snug, not stretched — glueless caps prefer a secure first fit.
