Products & orders

Neyora sells human-hair glueless wear-and-go wigs and related accessories for personal use. Product photos and descriptions aim to be accurate; slight variation in color or texture can occur with human hair. Prices and availability may change. We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or pricing errors occur — we’ll notify you if that happens.

Shipping & returns

Shipping and returns are described on our Shipping and Returns pages. In summary: free US shipping on orders $149+; eligible unworn items may be returned within 30 days with tags attached. Custom or heavily worn units are final sale.

Accounts & acceptable use

If you create an account, keep your login secure. Do not misuse the site (including scraping, attacking, or interfering with checkout). Content on this site (branding, copy, and images we own) is protected; you may not reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Neyora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
